Client Communication Guidelines

• Always include a date and CTA in emails to clients.
• Always follow-up the day of the deadline with consequences.
• If anything ever feels like it’s getting 🔥, don’t hesitate... jump on a call. This is why it’s super important to get their phone number.

1. Client Inquiries

Any potential client is directed to fill out the form on https://ilovecreatives.com/studio-contact. Once submitted:

• An email will be sent to Project Manager
• Project Manager will respond to Studio requests within 24 hours (minus weekends).

📧 Gather Information Email

Ensure that the call will be as successful as possible by ❶ Filtering out clients that won’t meet your budget OR get an idea of a number before jumping on the call ❷ Understand timeline and must have deliverables.

• New Client Request (Did not fill out form)
• New Client Request (Need more SOW info)
• New Client Request (Availability)
• New Client Request (Budget)
